The Adventure Begins – Italy and Eastern Europe

Greetings One and All,

Well, today begins a new adventure for the Wofford Duo, although for this occasion, and at least for one country, there will be eight of us. You know how that happens…one thing just led to another. Now, we are actually looking forward to the “group” part of the trip. So, where are we off to this year? Today we fly to Italy, landing in Rome, but ultimately, reaching our destination, via train, in Naples (Napoli) in the afternoon. We’ll spend 11 days in Naples and environs. That’s when we leave our group and continue as a duo into Eastern Europe, arriving first in Budapest, Hungary (4 days), then Vienna, Austria (4 days), and finally, Prague, Czech Republic (4 days). That will end this year’s excursion and it will be back to Greensboro, NC on October 18. Ok, this was the overview. Forthcoming will be all the details.
